We know we feel energized, happy, fit and strong when we’re consistent, but the truth is life gets in our way. I get this. I’ve been there, and that’s why I felt obligated to create the 365 Tribe lifestyle community.  

Hi, I'm Justine.

I’m the founder of Twenty Toes Fitness, a Personal Training Specialist, pre/post natal fitness specialist and a Precision Nutrition Coach. I can’t wait to bring this community to life with simple tools, daily coaching and monthly challenges that will have us rocking our goals and feeling unstoppable.  

I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the past six years and I know that my own story and struggles are not unique. Unfortunately, they’re all too common. 365 Tribe is born out of a desire to help women to make peace with themselves and create a lifestyle that works for them, on their own terms.  

I’d be honoured to have you join the 365 Tribe. This community is a vision that I’ve spent years nurturing, and it’s my mission to help my women feel supported, connected and successful in their health and wellness journey.

I created the 365 Tribe because I want to help you make peace with your body and create a lifestyle that works for you. I created this community because I don't belive that any woman should feel like she's drowing in guilt or stress over diet and exercise. I created this community so that you can feel supported by me and a community of women who are like you, confident in your own skin and energized by your health and wellness.

Is there a contract? No, there is no contract. This is a monthly membership group. When you join, you will be charged once per month. That means you will be charged on the day you sign up for the program, and once per month thereafter. You can cancel your membership at any time and there will be no further charges.

What happens after I subscribe? Once you subscribe and complete your payment via Paypal, you'll receive a welcome email that will direct you to our closed Facebook group. Double check your junk mail folder if you don't see this within a few minutes of your subscription.

Can I cancel my membership? You can cancel your Paypal subscription at any time. It is advised that you should do so before your billing date in order to not be charged for that month. There will be no refunds for late cancellations. Once you cancel you will be immediately removed from the group and no refund will be offered.

How can I contact you once I’m in the group? You can contact me in our Facebook group anytime. I'll be available to answer questions and for coaching Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM, although I do my best to check in outside of those hours when I'm available.  

What equipment do I need? You don't need any special equipment to join. Most workout will be based on body weight, dumbbells or resistance bands. You can totally improvise and add to your gear collection over time.

Is there a meal plan? There are no meal plans. We'll practice a variety of different nutrition related challenges created on a foundation of habit-based eating and Precision Nutrition Principles. 

What results can I expect? While we can never garauntee exact results, when you make consistent daily changes and get some small wins under your belt the changes will begin to snowball over time. You can expect to feel stronger, leaner, more confident and automated in your eating and movement. 

Are you selling supplements or shakes? No, I don't sell any shakes or supplements. If I recommend a product, it's simply because I use it and like it. I never take commissions or kickbacks.

How do I know this group is right for me? You're ready to learn what it takes to make your health and wellness a priority. You want to learn to navigate the middle ground between strict diet and exercise and complete overindulgence. You're ready to show up and step into your power for yourself.
